🌍 November is Diabetes Awareness Month 🌍

Updated: Nov 6, 2024

At Key Health Care, we are dedicated to raising awareness and supporting those affected by diabetes. Did you know that nearly 1 in 10 people in the United States live with diabetes? This chronic condition affects millions, but with proper management, lifestyle changes, and the right care, it’s possible to live a healthy and fulfilling life.

👨‍⚕️ Here’s how you can take action:

✔️ Get regular check-ups and monitor your blood sugar levels.

✔️ Stay active – exercise can help manage blood sugar levels.

✔️ Eat a balanced diet rich in fiber, fruits, and vegetables.

✔️ Know the signs of diabetes: increased thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, and blurry vision.

✔️ Share your story or learn from others to offer support and reduce stigma.

💙 We’re in this together. Let’s spread awareness, promote healthy lifestyles, and support our loved ones living with diabetes.
